Surrendering a Pet?
- We understand that sometimes a family or individual may need to surrender an animal for some reason or another. We ask that you complete the Animal Admission form below and we will contact you if and when we are able to help. Please note - We ask you to be 100% honest when completing the form for the pet to be placed into a forever loving home.
- Please do not show up at the shelter with the animal without an appointment.
- Our services are limited to the Towns and Villages that we provide Dog Control for. Please see the 'dog control" page for reference.
- There is a $50 fee for Animal Surrenders. If you are unable to pay the fee, please discuss that with us prior.
